We have the pleasure to invite you to our villa situated in one of the most picturesque parts of Bukowina Tatrzańska on the southern slope of Wierch Olczański. We offer you a rest in a nice atmosphere, as well as an exuisite cuisine. You can also admire one of the most beautiful views of the Tatra mountains.



BUKOWINA TATRZAŃSKA is one of the highest situated towns in Poland. Clean air, perfect climate and the closeness of Tatrzański Park Narodowy (The Tatras National Park) make Bukowina a perfect place for a rest. The town is a perfect place for winter holidays. Great skiing infrastructure (numerous lit ski lifts) make Bukowina a perfect place for skiing. Kotelnica Białczańska ski station is only 6 km away and Małe Ciche is only 10 km away.
It is 15 km away from Zakopane and 10 km away from Łysa Plana, border with Slovakia. You can also visit many picturesque places like Gorce and Pieniny mountains, two beautiful castles overlooking the Czorsztyn lake
Bukowina is also famous for many folk events during which you can get familiar with local customs. The most famous are: Sabałowe Bajania (in summer) and Mountaineer Carnival (in winter).


Villa "Roztoka" is a perfect place for winter and summer holidays. There is a chair lift only 500 m away and 8 ski lifts only 200-300 m away - all ski lifts are lit and of different level of difficulty, for children, beginners and skilled skiers. In the neighbourhood there is a ski rent and ski school. Nearby (300-700m) there are: a horse cab rank, bus stop, grocery, stalls with souvenirs, regional inns and horse riding. The nearest tracks for hiking are only 5 km away from our villa. You can also visit Bukowina and nearest towns on bikes.

In the garden, there is a wooden garden house with a hearth, sandpit, wooden swing and benches where you can perfectly rest and admire beautiful views. There is also a small pond, a garden table and swings for children. A portable grill for rent.
To meet our guests expectations we accept your favourite four-legged friends.
We assure free parking place for about 20 cars ( next to the building, lit and closed at night)
